Alice Caviness is a well re-known jewelry designer, who stopped making jewelry in 1945. This bracelet, very filigree with repousse, was made in Germany by Alice Caviness. It is Sterling Silver and is so marked, along with the maker information. Delicate Sterling Silver flowers comprise the band, which is 1/2 inch wide. The spring ring clasp is in good working order. The length is 7 1/2 inches. This lady made such beautiful jewelry pieces, using such fine materials, not to mention the skilled craftsmanship, that many of her jewelry items are now family heirlooms. This is a wonderful vintage bracelet, in extremely fine condition.
