Victorian Brass Book Chain Link Bracelet with Purple Glass Stone

This Victorian Era bracelet is fabulous! The bracelet is made of brass, with black enameling on the centerpiece. The band is comprised of awesome "Book-Chain" links, and is a hair under 3/4 inch wide. The length is 6 1/4 inches. The center piece measures 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/4 inch, and is delicately carved with florals and leaves. The black enamel shows very little wear. The very center has an unusual prong set, faceted glass stone that is breath taking. The clasp is in good working order. Because the brass has developed a beautiful patina over the years, I have not cleaned this and will leave the decision, to do so or not, up to the new owner. This is a wonderful example of Victorian jewelry, in excellent condition.
