Vintage Sterling Silver 1940's Very Puffy Heart Charm Turquoise Stone

I love the extra puffy hearts. This one is simple and plain, with just a single turquoise colored (I am not sure if this is genuine or simulated turquoise) stone, the perfect filler heart to make your others "pop!"

It measures about 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall without the bale. It is marked sterling, and retains a beautiful warm patina. It has not been cleaned or polished.
