Another rare find... in my collecting I have bought many barkcloth sewing bags to accent my French cottage decor. But this is the one and only "carpet bag" I have ever found. It is just gorgeous! It has bright yellow roses on the front, and wooden handles that look like bamboo. The inside was lined with red silk, but the lining has come out with age. It is still inside the bag, a talented person could probably stitch it back in.

These bags make great accents for your decor, I have hung a group of them on a bedroom wall and used them to accent the top of a dresser or a drawer pull.

The bag measures approximately 17" tall (with handles) by 16" wide.
