A striking dark amethyst candy jar from New Martinsville Glass company, with a flared foot and an optic panel body.

This purple beauty is 5 1/4 inches wide, 8 1/2 inches tall and in fabulous condition. There are two pinpoint nicks on the inside rim of the lid. Otherwise no damage to note. You will find some air bubbles and cooling marks common to depression era glass.

The New Martinsville mark can be found on the inside of the lid.
