A beautiful old Rye Decanter from Paden City Glass. The blank is their #211 "Spire". The etching is Summer Garden. This is very similar to, and often confused with Spring Orchard, but this harder-to-find pattern has no birds.

Summer Garden is a very busy reverse etched pattern and is quite deeply textured. It is well suited for this heavy masculine liquor decanter. The front of the decanter is also deeply etched "RYE".

It is 8 1/2 inches tall to the top of the stopper and is 6 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches deep. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks or stains. The original stopper is also in undamaged condition.
