Jeri'z Japanese Art Glass Green & Coral "Thanksgiving Day" Necklace with Sunflower Medallion

Excuse me if I make a mess of this description; I'm talking on the phone as I write. This necklace took forever to finish ~ I actually made the sunflower-like medallion two years ago, then couldn't decide what to do with it. The green lampwork leaves peeking out from behind the coral AB bugle bead petals are courtesy of Miriam Haskell, having once been a gorgeous brooch with two leaves broken, as is the huge green cabochon (actually a headpin) in the center. Around the cabochon, I've used tiny Miriam Haskell pearls beaded in tapestry fashion. The lower portion of the necklace is made of glossy vintage 10mm Cherry Band green swirl beads, alternating with beautiful lampwork coral, white & clear and tapering to 6mm Japanese faceted beads towards the tail. It's a long necklace, adjustable from 20" to 24", although I can shorten it an inch if you so desire. Not counting the leaves, the centerpiece is 2-1/2" in diameter. All Jeri'z Vintage Art Joolz are handcrafted using vintage beads and findings and, of course, my love of great joolz! OH! And why is it called "Thanksgiving Day"? Because that's when I started it, of course!
