EB R. Capodimonte porcelain plate with cherubs playing

Capo di Monte has a unique relief style. The pieces are highly colored and defined porcelain. This plate depicts three cherubs playing in a garden under a single gray cloud. The rim is a scroll pattern in light blue trimmed on both sides in gold. The plate is 8 1/8 inch in diameter. The base is stamped with a yellow crown over a shield with the initials E B on either side and “R. Capodimonte Italy” below. There is a red and gold “Made in Italy” sticker.

Condition: The plate is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks or repairs.
